ok well this is my first body blog..YAY!…Today i decided i really need to stop wishing to look a certain way and actually do something about it.

slim fast shake
Lean beef wiener
Flavored water
Exercise
Taebo Basic tape
Weightbench 2 sets of 30 on everything
taebo abs & glutes (only the glutes section)
