ok so this eating like a rabbit thing is not working so i decided to change it up a bit. I have a "fit" friend whos mom loves to cook and you would think she would be fat from the things she eats but shes not. She eats and big breakfast and a big dinner. Thats it! and believe that food will fill you up..she even snack at all and eats when she hungry. so when i spent a night at her house on day i was like WHERES THE SNACKS? lol and she was like snacks for what?? so i decided to eat 2 big meals a day because the way i was eating last week was making me feel kind of bad and making me more prone to going crazy on all the bad foods. Today i ate 1 pack of oatmeal with boiled water instead of milk w/ 2 pieces of toast (no jelly) and i had a turkey burger for dinner with regular bread instead of buns. besides that i just had 2 bottles of water to drink and i didnt snack ALL day!

Thrusday was a bad day..i woke up and when i looked in the pantry i saw some pepper mint patty bites and i went crazy on them. I was so disappointed with myself that it made me workout even harder. besides that i weighed myself this morning and i weighed 194. thats 8 pounds lost so far.  i lose weight really fast its just that after i do i stop working out which is dumb but i’m determined this time to keep it off and keep going.

I pretty much ate the same as yesterday minus the wiener and i kept eating this mixers stuff..it was kind of like trail mix but it had ritz crackers, pretzels, and things like that

ok well this is my first body blog..YAY!…Today i decided i really need to stop wishing to look a certain way and actually do something about it.

 Food

Nutrigrain bar & orange juice

Water Bottle

slim fast shake

Lean beef wiener

Flavored water

Exercise

Taebo Basic tape

Weightbench 2 sets of 30 on everything

taebo abs & glutes (only the glutes section)
