Tuesday, June 26th, 2007ok so this eating like a rabbit thing is not working so i decided to change it up a bit. I have a "fit" friend whos mom loves to cook and you would think she would be fat from the things she eats but shes not. She eats and big breakfast and a big dinner. Thats it! and believe that food will fill you up..she even snack at all and eats when she hungry. so when i spent a night at her house on day i was like WHERES THE SNACKS? lol and she was like snacks for what?? so i decided to eat 2 big meals a day because the way i was eating last week was making me feel kind of bad and making me more prone to going crazy on all the bad foods. Today i ate 1 pack of oatmeal with boiled water instead of milk w/ 2 pieces of toast (no jelly) and i had a turkey burger for dinner with regular bread instead of buns. besides that i just had 2 bottles of water to drink and i didnt snack ALL day!
