This is the 3rd day of my 12 week program and i feel like its a lil too beginner-ish for me and im used to training hard when i do workout soooo I’m going to do something else lol. Its not like I’m giving up on the program it’s just not challenging to me and sort of feels like a waste so I’m starting a different workout on Monday..see at least I’m finishing the week lol.

So I’m starting this 12 week program on October 5 and I’m so pumped about it. The layout is in my workout program section of my page. I just have to tweak a couple of things because i don’t have equipment for some of the things. Any who i will post progress pics November 5..December 5..u get the point. then the grand finale will be December 28, 2009! Watch what happens..

Today is my catch up day and im also starting a new routine (thanks Italia!) My madre had me running errans for her ALL day yesterday. No Lie! Today is thursday so im going to work on..

Im still trying to find a solid workout plan to stick to but it’s not happening. I would like to do cardio everyday but right after i do a leg day my legs are too sore to do anything else properly. What can i do about that? Oh yeah it seems like everyone on here knows some down low secrets of how to get that figure competition look except me.. and nobody will freakin help me. I swear i have asked so many people i have added and even asked in the forums but i get no love lol.I have so many questions and no answers! Oh well..I know it will all work out in the end..

I got up with sore shoulders and neck = [ but i went ahead and did my 20 min HIIT [217 cals.] I plan on doing another cardio in the evening so if i do ill update.

Ok the amped bar that came with the set sucks and does not lock into place to i wore weighted gloves instead while i did the workout.
