How i supplement.

Morning: GNC Mega Men MultiVitamin, Omega 3-6 fish oil capsule (with orange juice after i eat breakfast)

Pre Workout: BSN NO-Xplode (going to stay of  NO product all summer, then try Mucletech’s naNo x9) 35 min before i lift.

During Workout: 1 Gallon of water, if i finish that, i’ll have gatorade or grape juice.

Post Workout: Right after, BSN Cellmas. 20 Min after, 100% whey. 40 min after, 100% whey.

Night: 100% Green Tea (caffeine doesnt bother my sleep), GNS Mega Men MultiVitamin, Omega 3-6 fish oils.

 Any suggestions?

    yerr sounds good a lot of supplements thought i only took creatine once a day for a month. Now i am taking superpump 250 pre workout it is very effective…check it out http://www.supplements101.com/SuperPump_250_p/gassuperpump250.htm
