revamp
Ok its time for change. i am in a rut, and i have to pull myself out. I am so burned out on the 2x a week training,, which means imĀ lifting weights 6 days a week.. Dont get me wrong, i love it, but my body needs change, and a break. My plan is to go to one workout per week, shoulders and tris, backand bis, and legs.. On off days, im going to do longer cardio, on weight days, i will throw in some hiit.. I think this is waht my body needs.. Also, my food is so off. So I am going to work on getting back on tract, bc i am slowly slipping further from eating well.. I need a couple more weeks of perfect eating,,, if there is such a thing
.. Anyways, I need to do this, for many reasons.. I will reach my goals, which are pretty diverse right now. I want to loose weight, but i also want to pack on some lean muscle.. Its a loosing battle
.. But i will try my best to win it!! I will do this.. Just sit back and watch …….. to be contiued….
