week 1
Well I have almost completed week one of my ketosis diet. I think I have done really well. I have dropped 2 lbs. I am just hoping this weight will stay off. I have my final depletion workout tonight, then I get to eat carbs. You know I really didnt miss them too aweful much. I thinks its more of the idea I am able to eat differently on the weekends, and be more leinient. I am looking forward to having thin crust pizza after I work out tonight. Or maybe a sub. I really think I can do this for 8-12 weeks. I am praying it works for me, bc it doesnt seem like much else does. I just need to get the fat off. My body is so good at maintaining, so if I could just get it off, I would be estatic… It will happen.
