The power of the T-Bar
Thursday is back day - and the T-bar is a must for anyone who wants good back development. It helps get a good lock on the muscles in the back region and it is difficult to get a real heavy weight on it. I go to 200lbs but i use it supersetted with the lying t-bar but that alas at 180lbs. You can feel the pressure on your chest with that guy and it is hard to get a good breath in.

Yeah! T-bars are fantastic! Glad you mentioned it, because I’ve neglected that exercise for a while. Got to get it back in the program!
