You wrote this about two months ago. How are you doing now? Any more injuries or sickness?

I've been working on building some strength since Dec 2008 and the process has been slow. You're younger than me, so you may do better, but it takes patience.

It is overambitious to even wish you could be a little Arnold in 2 mths. However, there're things you can do
1.Train CONSISTENTLY(like 4 times a week) using basic mass-building exercises e.g bench press and barbell curl
2.Always try to feel every second of your lift and not just using the heaviest weights and/or going thru the motions. This will facilitate the mind-body (muscle-nerve)connection which in turn stimulates muscle building
3.Don't stop doing the cardio and abs work
Physical appearance is to a certain extent an optical illusion. It's amazing how far a little muscle and NO fat plus good abs can get you.I've been there and done that, believe me !
