Starting Back

Sunday, April 5th, 2009

I took a month off, had to hurt my back some. Then got sick, damn winter. But I started back this weekend. I just did some cardio and ab work to get me started, ease into it some. But I did start my new shake: Cytogainer 900 calorie Chocolate Shake. I need to increase my calories and protein. I also need to stop doing so much cardio and life more. I want to go from 136 to about 175lbs. Not sure what a realistic time frame is for that, but I am gonna stay with it. I dont want to be the skinny guy in two months when the pool opens. I would like to take my shirt off without feeling self-conscious and maybe have some people look at me for my bigger body :)

Guys if you have any tips for me or want to help me stay motivated, please let me know. I could use some help with chest and arm exercises to help me gain some size.
