so far so good….. or at least i hope
well i have been working out for about two months now. i can definitely see some change in my body. my arms and chest are getting bigger. and i am happy to say that my little flab that i had is shrinking. i would like to stay motivated so i can gain alot of size and be huge. i am tired of being skinny. so i have started and that is half the battle.. i will keep ya updated on my progress……
all the guys who were once skinny but now buff are totally my inspiration.. keep it up fellas!!!

How’s your training going? I hit a PR on my incline dumbbell presses tonight, but I’m certainly no Hercules!
I was skinny at 150 but now I’d same I’m more FLUFF than BUFF. lol
Gotta control that waistline.
What’s your split or workout set up like? I’ll check your profile next to see if you list your program.
