Forth day on Bodybugg. ate two beef w/ Broccoli bowls from Samurai Sams, but did not log my info on bodybug. For the past three days I have reached my deficit target of 900cal a day. I will get back on track tomorrow.

This morning I weighed 180 with 15%bf.
Yesterdays diet consisted of:
7:00am ON 100% whey
9:00am ON Procomplex
11:30am Sansai salmon bowl
3:00pm ON Procomplex
6:00pm Shrimp and green salad (was being greedy and ate a chicken link)
9:00pm BSN Syntha 6 protein
Yesterdays workout consisted of:
leg raises 3 x 20
ab machine (40lbs) 4 x 10
side bends 3 x 10
raise ups 5 x 20
cable ab cruch (140lb) 3 x 10
cardio 15 min on treadmill (lower back was tight)

I woke up this morning feeling drained, however the scale was 179 and 15.5% bf. Dont really know if I lost muscle or fat? We will see by the end of the week.
Yesterday I got a full 2 hours at the gym. One hour of chest and Tris and a hours of cardio. I found that I did have enough energy to get through the workout and very tired. From my food intake my calories was too low and I didnt hit 40-40-20. I hit 50-30-19 for the amount of food entered below.
Diet for the day
7:00am protien shake (ON instant whey)
9:00am protein shake (ON pro complex)
11:30am Salmone bowl with rice and green salad
2:00pm almonds
4:00 pm NO xplode
4:30 (workout)
7:00 shrimp and rice (cheated with extra food was so hungry half egg roll, some of my daughters chips)
10:00 was too tied to get my late night shake.
My workout consisted of:
Flat bench (135 X 13, 275 X 1, 300 X 1, 225 x 7 )
Bumbbell bench (80 x 10, 100 x 5, 100 x 5 )
Pull Downs (110 x 5, 120 x 5, 120 x 5)
Weighted Dips (35 x 10, 35 x 15, 35 x 12 )
Cardio - one hour Spin Class
