So I’ve altered my routine the last few weeks because this time of the year is crazy busy with coaching my daughters softball tournaments. I’ve only been hitting the weights 3 X a week, and doing abs & cardio a couple days a week as well. I’ve still been seeing crazy results! Plus I’m getting pretty ripped from the cardio & abs along with being in the sun sweating while coaching 7-10 hrs a day some times @ tournaments. It’s kind of weird to feel like I’m slacking a little but still seeing great results, but hey I’ll take it…
