So I've altered my routine the last few weeks because this time of the year is crazy busy with coaching my daughters softball tournaments.  I've only been hitting the weights 3 X a week, and doing abs & cardio a couple days a week as well.  I've still been seeing crazy results!  Plus I'm getting pretty ripped from the cardio & abs along with being in the sun sweating while coaching 7-10 hrs a day some times @ tournaments.  It's kind of weird to feel like I'm slacking a little but still seeing great results, but hey I'll take it...

So Ive decided to delay the start of my cut for the summer due to the fact that I am in an awesome groove right now and seeing great gains bulking...I'll decide when to start cutting based upon how the next 3-4 weeks go.

Time for another great week of training!  I'm sticking with my 5 day split, just dropping a few reps here and there and increasing weight.  I figure I might as well go for the "big weight" before I start my cut for summer...

Well, "wild card" week went well... it also helped to be on my 1st week back on Vyotech's "anabolic stack" (I've done it before with good results)  I was extra pumped & jacked all week!!! This week I'm designing a 5 day split workout with Thursday & Sunday off, I'll also be back to tracking it daily...

"wild card" week

I won't be entering any workouts this week because I'm doing a "wild card" week.  I 'm only selecting body parts per day and then hitting the gym for 1 hour to 1-1/2 hours and going nuts...Need to change things up, it's been stale for a week or so.  Hope it works.
