Hey wuts up everybody!
So I’m at the gym doin’ a shoulder workout in front of the dumbell rack (I ain’t gonna lie, I was at the end, where the 20’s & 25’s r at). Anyways, I’m right in the middle of my set & this trainer comes right up next to me & is stairing at me. Like 2 feet away from me! He’s trying to organize the dumbells on the rack & he’s actin’ like if he doesn’t do it right this second, the world is gonna come crumbling down. I don’t even aknowledge him. So instead of waiting about 30 seconds for me to finish, he squeeeeeeezes inbetween me & the rack (practically brushing against me) & proceeds to organize said waits. I was SOOO tempted to drop one of the weights & act like I injured myself just to see wut he would do, but I ain’t all about drama, so I just coughed real loud. I guess he kinda realized wut he was doing & he moved outta the way & walked off. It kinda pissed me off that some one who is supposedly a professional is totally unaware of doing something like that. I know we all gotta share the gym with others & I’m all for that, but come on?!
Anyways, thanks for listening to me vent. I can’t b the only one that something like this has happened to….?

I’ve been on bodyspace for only a few weeks now, but have quickly become a big supporter of it! Usually I stay clear of web sites like, facebook, myspace, etc. No offense to anyone who’s on those sites, it’s just not my thing. But the reason why I appreciate bodyspace is because it has "real" people on it trying to accomplish there fitness goals living in the everyday world. Yes I do realize there are alot of pros on this site, but there are alot of everyday people who aren’t blessed with the genetics, sponsors & years of training under there belts like many pros have, yet they are still busting tail to meet there goals. I can respect & more importantly relate to that aspect of it all. Many times over the years I buy mags & see all the pros, but I couldn’t relate to them very much, if at all. But on this site I can see thousands of people’s profiles that gotta deal with the same things on a day to day basis like I do. That keeps me motivated! I truly respect what everyone does to look as good as they do- "Pro" or "Everyday Day Joe"! So everybody- Stay motivated & keep up the good work!

I found at Cosco these microwavable bowls of brown rice. They are awesome! Usually in the past, I would just cook rice at home & then take it in my lunch the next day to work. But when I would reheat it, it tasted like crap. But these bowls of brown rice taste just as good, if not better, than freshly cooked rice. They have 30 g of carbs, 4 g of protien & 0 fat! The perfect compliment to a grilled chicken breast or grilled tilapia fillet. Next time I make my way over to Cosco, I’m stocking up on a few boxes of those.

Finally got a descent night of sleep last night. It was nice to wake up refreshed & to be able to get my day started with "clean" food. I’ve been sticking to my diet really good now for the last 2 weeks- lost about 8 lbs of fat just from cleaning up my diet. I really gotta focus on getting a good night sleep too. I think alotta times we just get into this phase of "Go, Go, Go" all the time & we under estimate how important sleep/rest is.

Things went good with my diet today (Iknow it’s only the first day). Gettin’ ready to head out to the gym to lift, then I’m gonna go jogging for a while with my wife.
I got some extra, unexpected motivation today to get in shape & drop some fat - at my work they are having a weight loss contest over the next 3 months. 41 people joined. I know I’m gonna kick butt & win it!
