Hey everyone,I have been really stressed lately and I have no clue why.I have been very busy with work and tons of other things.If you are in the same situation,then I must tell you something.Stress is leading me to be sloppy with form during my workouts.Which we all know is very important to good results.If you have stress in your life right now.Find something to fix that and quickly.It affects everything in your life.Thanks for reading,many more posts will be coming soon.Any questiongs please ask.Thank you

Okay,I have been working out as hard as i can lately because i have alot of events coming up that will require me having no shirt.Well,yesterday I got a hugh craving for a slurpie and some cool ranch doritos. I went to the store and bought some.I drank the whole slurpie (biggest size they had) and i finished the whole bag of doritos.Afterwards,Of course i was full and satisfied.But i then looked at my stomach and noticed that it was pretty big because of all the food i just took in.So i woke up the next morning to do my daily workout and i was in such pain and i was still full.I looked in the mirror and i saw no deffinition in my abs or lower abs.and now i am greatly upset with myself that I ate that bad food.Everyone please stay on a healthy diet and you will not be put into my position.Thanks for reading.

Hey everyone,i got to thinking this weekend about a main subject in our lives as bodybuilders.When we are all not working out,what are we doing? In my personal opinion,If you just sit on the comoter all day or lay on the couch and watch tv,your not doing the right thing.Now don’t get me wrong,I do my fair share of being lazy around the house,but I know how much is to much.So everyone please find different things to do other than site on your ass all day.Thanks to all that read,give me a comment or message on any blog ideas or subjects to post about.

Hey everyone,well last week I was at my local store and i saw then putting in some muscle milk into the fridge.I went and checked Muscle Milk out.At first I was thinking,Wow hear is another supplement drink that tastes horrible and gives you no results.I bought maybe 4-5 just to try it out.I drank one during my daily workout and i couldnt believe what Muscle Milk gave me.It gave me more energy,more of a push to finish a set,and to top it all off,it didn’t taste all that bad.Now don’t get me wrong,some people can’t stand the taste of supplement drinks and i am the same way.But i gotta tell you,muscle milk is probably the best tasting and it will give you the best results.Ive been drinking it daily for about a week and now i am hooked.You will start to see good results and you will fill more energy during your workout if you drink muscle milk.My favorite flavor is Vanilla Bean,it has the best taste and the least bitter after taste(all drinks have after taste).Okay thank you for reading,i will be making alot of posts over the next few weeks because i haven’t been on in a while.Well,thanks again to everyone that reads and feel free to leave me a comment.

Well,I honestly think that morning workouts either before work or before school is a great way to start off your day.Know if your like me,I am always rushing in the morning to get ready for school and get out the door.Well,If you are really motivated to get your dream body and feel the best you have in your life,then you should most deffinetly work out in the morning.At night your muscle grow and repair themselves,when you wake up you could be sore,or tired.Go to bed earlier! and wake up about 45 minutes earlier than you usually do.This gives you time to fully wake up,do your morning workout(dont push yourself in the morning)and get into the shower.This should jump start your day and make you feel great.Thank you for reading,If anyone has any questions or comments for me just leave me a message and i will always get back to you. well everyone,its beach season and this is the time everyone starts stressing about having the perfect body for the beach.I am the same way,there are tons of pool parties that i will be attending,but i am not stressing over workin out like 2-3 times a day.Everyone stay with your normal rutine and DONT over push yourself.I have heard many times about people workin out constantly but eating junk food.This is a major don’t,stay on a healthy eating plan and your results will appear quicker than you though.Give me a comment or message for any tips,idea,or your thoughs on this topic.Thans for reading
