How to lose 5 pounds of fat in a couple of days!!!

We are a results oriented society.  We all want to achieve lofty goals and do it….now now now!   People would be wise to focus on what it’ll take to achieve our goals.  What are the "milestones"?

For example, lets say you want to lose 5 pounds of fat.  Now, I estimate you need to run about 30 miles to burn off a pound of bodyfat.  So, to lose 5 pounds by next weekend, all you need to do is run 180 miles this week!  At 10 minutes per mile, that’ll only take about 30 hours.  Allowing for some time to rest and eat, you can do that in just 3 short days.

What, not practical you say?  YOU said you wanted instant results!  If people really looked at what it requires to achieve their goals, I think expectations might follow more realistically.  So you say you can’t run 180 miles in 3 days…how long will it take you?  Answer that question, and you begin to get an idea of the kind of commitment and time it’ll take to achieve REAL results that will meet your expectations.
