Happy New Year to everyone! Rescheduled my workout to take off on New Years day, and it’s a good thing because all the gyms here were closed. Strength is going up a lot lately and I think it’s due to my changing of workouts every week as well as the new supplements kicking in. After this week, I think I’m going to go on a 12 day workout split since I have nothing to do this month and take it to a new level. Weight’s been going down pretty steadily even though I’m getting stronger, so we can only hope for bigger things to come.
On another note, thank god to be back at a real gym! I was home the past 2 weeks, and my last day home I went in there at 8am to get a hard lift before driving back to school when there were about 5 older people in there just standing in the middle of the gym talking and complaining about everything under the sun. I was so pissed off, it almost helped my workout if it would have been a little less distracting. One guy’s slamming the plates on a machine, another guy is talking about his new car, and these two old ladies are bickering about poor service at restaurants in the area, I was about to explode… it’s good to be back.
as always… lift hard or go home

Back day was a success. Lifted hard and felt good. Starting to really see strength gains as well as endurance gains. Not really looking forward to the new year and difficulty of finding an open gym on new years day, but we’ll get there when it happens. No more lifting planned for this weekend, but will be back in the gym Monday when I’m back at school. Here’s the progress pictures:

Back to the first workout routine of the week; felt stronger than on Monday. I did dislocate my shoulder while I was sleeping last night, so things felt a little shaky. Tried to take things easy because of that and because I don’t have a spotter. Bought a digital scale yesterday and have lost 2 lbs since the 14th, we’ll see how things go the next few weeks. Progress pictures coming tomorrow.

Day after Christmas lift is always one of the toughest… especially legs. Good lift, although I got to the gym a little later than I wanted to today. Calfs, hams and quads are lit up from the workout today; I got a great burn today. Only 3 days in and I’m already looking a little bigger, will post photos at the end of the week.

Merry Christmas!
Despite a slight Christmas Eve hangover this morning, the gym was really successful. Great back & bicep workout, and definitely have a good swell going. During rows and pulldowns I could feel more pull throughout my back compared to before starting this cycle. No scale here at the parent’s, so I can’t track my weight really, but once I get back to school I’ll be able to keep it posted throughout. Off to open gifts and do the family thing. Until tomorrow…

Alright, so I definitely felt a difference today. More focus, harder pumps and a lot more endurance than normal. Coming from a workout where I would focus on one body part a day to this new workout I’m trying for the first time (see workout tracker), I can really see results. Also, my strength went up and I still have energy long after about an hour of lifting and 20 minutes of cardio. Off to have my protein shake and get some last minute xmas shopping done; more news tomorrow.

Here we go.
Starting Monday, 12/24, I will be doing Fizogen’s 3 week cycle of Ester-Bol and Xplo-Bol, immediately followed by 3 week cycle of 17-Bol and M1-Bol. I’m going to use this forum to track my progress. Posted will be pictures, experience on the cycle as well as strength/size gains. Feel free to drop with questions.
