three more weeks and my cast comes off. Doc said three more weeks after that till I’m back to normal. sucks. oh well keep the good going.

One week of eating awesome, lifting, and cardio. Feel great glad I’m getting a routine down. feel a little low on energy today, just have to crank the music up today.

So I have been away along time unfortunatly not just from here but from the gym as well . I’m starting to eat right again after along period of a lot of eating out yuck, and getting bigger in the wrong way. So let’s try this again. Not sure when I will post new pics up but hey baby steps right.

I’m alive again. This week my diets back in full and my workouts as well. I forgot how much I loved being sore. Havent been on here near as much but I think thats a good thing I think being on here was one of my problems cause I was spending to much time. I might not be around as much but now I’m making better results.
Also I’ve finally passed my national board paramedic test that’s been giving me so much trouble. Woo baby. just got my results back today.

Back on pace things in check progress coming back my way very nice. I’m actually spreading my focus evenly over a few different subjects in life which is very good for me I feel real good about it. Normally I tend to focus big on one thing and the others suffer. As of now that problem is no more. Focused on a few different goals moving closer to them all every day. Today I will be better than yesterday!

So today marks 2 weeks not in gym. Over the holidays I have not been watching my diet so carefully. But no worries tomorrow I’m back to full swing again I’ll have to post up my pics to show my unprogress to make sure I get myself fixed. I’m pretty pumped up to be back in the swing of it all.

A long while ago the mountain man hey zeus left which was a pretty big loss. He really showed people the importance of dieting to bodybuilding I felt and was a huge motivation to tons of poeple. Now Cjacks is gone. I loved reading of his progress and events that happened that remineded us of things that happen to us all to let us know hey it’s not just us. I know they both left for there reasons, but c’mon. Arn’t there more of us good ones here trying to fight the good fight that out ways the bad?

feel I should just update. Been having a tough time with diet I’m planning one out but while trying to get my diet plan I’m not really watching my diet. I know i don’t need a set plan and can just watch what I take in and do real good but… I don’t know everything just seems a lil messed up right now. I’m not feeling super stressed or anything just kind of like everythings mixed up. Hopefully I’ll get everything straight soon, but I’m not really pressuring myself to do it to much because my main goal is to focus on me national test I need to pass for my paramedic. So as much as I want everything in perfect line I have to make sure a majority of my energy focus goes where I need it. I’m also going to try starting tomorrow to get on a set schedule of going to sleep and waking up at the same time every day I feel this will help me out greatly. A while back I was doing this and I was on top of my game. It’s wierd I feel like things are lot more crazy when I see myself right them down that’s good though that I’m not getting all razzled over it though.

I feel better and the sickness is going away. This morning instead of waking up wanting to roll over and stay warm under the covers I was like let’s do this. Had a good breakfast and hit gym. Not 100% though, instead of the gym session psyching me up and feeling out of control, I felt like I was beating the crap out of myself. Had to lay around when I got back home for a while to recover. Not the usual muscle fatigue sore but a bad recover. I’m still glad I tore it up though I needed to get back in there not just for my body but for me as well.
