MY DIET PLAN FROM 19/01/2008 TO 19/03/2008

diet plan =with NO BREAD !!!
06H00 AM =
meal no 1 =
proteins =rapid action whey
whey proteins = 35grs prots

energy = cereals,cerals sugar
muesli = 30 to 40 grs
vitamins complex
nervous stress management =
synthetic magnesium mg+B6 =2 caps
muscle contraction and bone construction
milk = 30 cls

1 decafeinated coffee with 2/3 block of sugar

fruits =energy and anti-oxidation action
+ anti starvation +appetite suppressant +ldl bad cholesterol management + fructose =
1 golden apple

lypotrops,thermogenics,appetite suppressants,fat burners =
hot rox = 1 cap or 2
l-carnitine
cla,hcl …..
(not caffeine for me )
+ water

08H30=
meal no 2 =
energy etc…=
1 pear

testosterone augmentator + lean mass generator =
tribulus terrestris 70 to 80 percent saponins from future labs

monday+wednesday+friday
fish proteins = fish omegas = maquerel or tuna without sauce a little piece
tuesday + thursday + saturday =
chicken or meat proteins =

eggs (white only )

salad + red peppers + green peppers
+ tomatos + oignons
NO SAUCE or a little bit
