Last week I went away to Maine. I picked up some protien bars to for my trip. It made me think what should I look for in protien bars and what should I avoid?

I received this message in my mail last night from a fellow bodyspace member named JFC22. This is what he said
“ Why the bed room pic? Just does not do you justice, trying to help you out bro, unless your a rainbo warrior, its not You”.
After I read that I wanted to see his profile and he made it inactive. I wonder why? If you’re going to say and give advice to people you should be not afraid to show yourself. I’m a very easy going person and don’t judge others. No I’m not a rainbow warrior. I will give you credit never heard rainbow warrior before it made me lol. I love woman. I’m just man enough to be comfortable with who I am.
The reason why I have a picture of me in my bed is because this site isn’t all about showing your six-pack abs or your arms that are the size of water melons off. It’s about people being healthy and being happy. A picture with my shirt off doesn’t describe who I am inside. I like to be different and step outside the box. I don’t like to be the norm. If you want to get some were in this world you can do what everyone is doing. You have to be creative and put effort in to everything you do. I do photography for fun. I take pictures of everything from people, places, and events. Just a picture of some guy with his shirt off just shows what is on his outside. I have noticed is that the pictures I have with more clothes on get more hits. Why is that? Because you can see inside of me it gives off more emotion. A good picture gives you that closeness with the person, place, or thing. It brings back the moment of the time the shot was taken.
Any way I learned a long time ago if someone is talking bad about you it’s a good thing. So I take it as a compliment. In the future if any one feels the need to give me advice like that or your rude I will post your message on my blog as well as your user name. If I can figure it out I will post a picture of you and a link to your site in my blog.
Thank you for taking the time on reading this. Also what you say to others is what others are saying about you! Be kind to every one

I am having a hard time getting bigger and keeping my abs. I have gone from a ripped 4% body fat at the age of 23 and 165lbs to 195lbs looking huge but not happy with my abs. I have them now but not like I use to. I really have to drop 10 lbs to get them to stick out again. But I hate looking smaler. Can any one give my any ideas on how I can big big and keep the riped no steriod look? It would be a great help…
