New Record
Well I broke my all time record and am happy about it…Did 78 push ups in 2 minutes then 78 situps in 2 minutes and after ran a 12min 43 sec 2mile would have been faster but had to stop to tie my shoe on the first mile…arrrgghh. I was upset about it for a second but decided to use that energy and place it into my run to push me just that much harder and it worked. Needed 2 more situps though…next time…next time.

Awesome job! 78 sit ups/push ups huh? And I thought doing 25 at a clip was a big deal. I’m truly impressed~ keep up the good work
