					<description>Very cool--true commitment to exercise! There is a lot of psychology to log sheets, which is partly why I don't like to use them. You sometimes have this &amp;amp;#34;pre-determined&amp;amp;#34; expectation of what you're going to lift, and it can actually hold you back sometimes. Not thinking about the weight has huge psychological advantages!</description>
