continuing
I haven't had too much to say lately, obviously. If you don't have anything positive to say, don't say anything at all. Continuing to do the dinosaur training program I started a while back. I did an 8-9-week cycle, then started another, shorter one, which is what I'm doing now. No progress to report. I don't know what to do, so I've just continued with this program of big, basic, compound exercises, to no avail, but those are supposed to be the best. On BB.com, I compare my lack of progress to others' progress and that's disappointing, so that's another reason I haven't been around in a while.
I completed the career counseling stuff I was doing. Waste of time and money. The time part doesn't bother me much because their aren't that many opportunities, so I probably didn't miss anything by not looking during the counseling period.
I've rambled long enough today.
Thanks for checking in over the last few weeks. I'll check in with y'all later.
hey brad, great to see you back here mate and happy to see you still doing the strength training. i reckon stick with it,you may not see progress yourself but i am sure there is.we have talked about that stuff before. always something positive with training mate, keep doing it and best wishes.
Brad:
Great to have you back in the blogosphere. I'm sorry to hear of your frustration. The positive part is that you are still working at it. That is great.
I have missed you. And I think you take that old saying a little too literal. Friends are good for building you up when you are down. Friends don't mind listening to negative things, they are there for you. I too am happy to hear you are still training and I hope things will look up very soon!

Not be to contrary here... but I just went and looked at your progress pictures. If you can't see changes between your back shots from January 2009 and September 2009 you must be blind! You got serious development of your delts, upper back, and lats!
Just saying... sometimes you don't see your own progress...
Happy New Year Bradl and welcome back you were indeed missed. A typical man would have given up but not you...that there speaks greatly of the kind of man you are. You're no quitter!
And SG is right. Wise man. :)
