UNtraining the mind
May 29, 2009I have spent years "dieting" or going through personal transformations. But none of them have been as consistent as this one. I have worked out steadily and done everything right as per members of BB and common sense. I have cut out pork and red meat and really feel good about myself. Yet somehow that scale won’t go under 230 and stay there. Everyone says that I need to focus on the PICTURES and the measurements and not so much the scale. That’s something that goes against everything I have done for years. But it makes sense.
So my challenge until July 1 is to untrain my mind and train my body.
