Good workout… lately i’ve been focusing 110% on form + NOT locking out, rather than just pushing/pulling heavy ass weight…. and i’m lovin it.

Something to note…. am I getting BROWN FLOOD? For the past 2 workouts i’ve been shitting my ass out as soon as I get home… major diarrhea… I think it’s the recent change of dextrose/malto -> oats… i’m definately not going back to dex/malto… but anyone know why oats + WF is making me go to the bathroom?
