Off to see the Wizard

No, PT test this morning, due to a sand storm. Its probably going to be tomorrow but I’m not going to put off not working out for two days. Tonight when I get off I have shoulders and back again. I could be wrong I have to check my schedule. Something that has been on my mind for a while is the S.T.U.D chart program I did in high school. Its called squat till you drop program. It was a very efficient way to build muscle but I just have no clue if anyone has seen it at all. Well I’m about to get to work dueces.

Hmmm!

Well I’m not working out tonight because I have a PT test in the morning that I need to pass. Yeah thats right I haven’t passed the last three PT test given to me. I credit lack of motivation and being over worked, but I shouldn’t make excuses.  I got in a big argument of something silly today it was the chow. I was angry because I’m tired of having to eat breakfast chow twice a day. But any ways. I at some more egg scramble and grits and a biscuit. NO muffins today, but from some reason I’m addicted to tostitos. I also had some bowls of cereal to hold me over between meals that and water. We I’m about to hit the sack since I’ve got this PT test tomorrow.

Another Day Another Dollar

Another day in this hell that is Afghanistan. I feel really guilty for eating those peanut butter cookies but Otis Spunkmyer is my food mistress, damn you you dirty whore. I at an egg white scramble for breakfast yesterday and a biscut then I had some noodles for lunch. I really need access to a bigger variety of food. This eating twice a day is killing me. After I got off I immediately went to the gym with Digi. We worked on Chest and Tri’s. We did Decline Bench with Dumbbells, Incline Bench Dumbbells, Incline Flyes with Dumbells, Close Hand Bench Barbell, Triceps Cable Pushdown, and Cable Lumber Jack. I should have down a Pec Deck and some Ab work out but as usually I’m a lazy bastard and I wanted to get some sleep. So after I got down i played one song on Guitar Hero, drank some Muscle Milk and went back to my B Hut and called it a night.
