Nothingness

Today is Bicep’s and Triceps one of my favorite days but due to the lack of spirit I’m fighting off the demons that are telling me to screw working out. I finally got my memory card so I’m gonna try and upload a recent profile pic and some progress pics. Please do not shriek in fear. I’m all for constructive criticism on things that I need to work but keep in mind there is also a right way and a wrong way to go about it. Well I’m about to go pump some Iron then I’m taking a shower then taking some pics.

Starting to Lose Motivation

I don’t know whats going on but for some reason I’m really losing motivation. Today it took almost two hours to do a workout that should have taken thirty minutes less. NOt only that I just couldn’t put up the numbers like I usually do. I don’t know its seeming very drab around here. I’m lacking somewhere. I really need to lose a lot of this weight around my chest and stomach. I think those are my worst areas. Any who, I’m about to hit the sack, if someone could leave some words of motivation it woujld be nice I really feel down in the Weightlifting dumps.

Day Off

Today is my day off from the weights so I’m gonna hit up some Cardiovascular training. I’ve already jumped rope a little bit an I’m probably going to do some more. After I get off work I’m going to hit up the cardio room and do an hour on the elliptical. Depending on how I feel afterwards, I might run down to the Launch and Recovery Site and go play some basketball. Or I might just do some regular ole ab workout. I could really use the ab workout. Well hopefully the rest of the day goes ok so I can continue to stay motivated throughout the day. O and I have been bad. I ate some really greasy hashbrowns today. I think I would lose weight faster if I could find the discipline to eat better. This is gonna be hard work. I feel so good when I work out sometimes but feel so bad when I eat a bunch of crap. But its one of the few things that make me happy here while deployed. Listen to me I sould like Fat Bastard. "I eat cause I’m unhappy and I’m unhappy cause I eat. Well go to go.

Well, This is the first of many.

So this is my first blog.  I haven’t worked out yet today but I will later on and write about it. I’m going to workout with one of my buddies from work Digi. I’m not for sure what body parts we are working out today but I hope its chest because I’m in the mood for some chest workouts. I’ll probably do some ab workout then run on the elliptical for a hour with my wind jacket on to sweat off some of this blob body.
