Nothingness

Today is Bicep’s and Triceps one of my favorite days but due to the lack of spirit I’m fighting off the demons that are telling me to screw working out. I finally got my memory card so I’m gonna try and upload a recent profile pic and some progress pics. Please do not shriek in fear. I’m all for constructive criticism on things that I need to work but keep in mind there is also a right way and a wrong way to go about it. Well I’m about to go pump some Iron then I’m taking a shower then taking some pics.

    There’s nothing about notingness. So get on wit something stay up man, results will not come overnigt, from what i’ve been gathering through bodyspace profiles and magazines etc. and books, you will see your major results after 20 weeks of actual consistent training. It is a lifestyle, it becomes part of you, te nutrition, no diet, and te workouts, change them up, have fun with them, get empowered with them, dominate your workouts, tell your muscles who’s the boss and look at them focus on them when you train each and every body part, muscle is just as important so when it’s triceps and biceps day, give your undivided attention to those two muscles and don’t leave the gym until you know you killed and shredded them to pieces.

    ps. for shedding te layer under your skin, 45-60 min everyday 6 days a week of cardio.
    stay away from ALL sweets, even gum!
