Today is a chest workout day. Do some decline Bench press, Cable Crossovers, wide pushups that sort of thing. Anybody have suggestions on a pretty good workout.

I have a word of advice concerning cable crossover work. Avoid it at all costs. It causes acute damage to the tendons and muscles of the elbow and lower bicep. This is why most big guys you see have huge barrel chests and atrophied biceps. The meat around the lebow will literally harden, die off and quit growing resulting in skinny biceps.
