Wow
So today I signed a piece of paper saying that I’m getting demoted because I didn’t lose the required weight for this month. Yep thats right instead of losing three pounds I actually gained five and didn’t lose any body fat. So I will be demoted so they can set an example for the rest of the company. I’m not sweating it though. But I did think I kind of had a factor on my mood in the gym. Oh well what happens happens and there is no need to make excuses because its my fault I didn’t work harder or set priorities.

ok boy31717’s…:-) I’m what is considered a studdette in the army because I max my pt tests, and I was in OCS helping out my buddies lose the extra weight. First things first I would be furious if I got demoted for not making weight or tape etc. aarrrggghhh!
nutrition is 80% of your goal and exercise 20%. Second…the test consits of push ups sit ups and running. I would do just that at LEAST 3 times a week. The sit ups do crunches instead and leg raises hanging and off the bench. Do sit ups only when testing because kind of bad for the back, but do them in sets 4-5 sets of 15-20 each set. and add v-ups off the bench, knees bent. let me know what’s up….

ouch! that is a kick in the niuts man. Only thing i know about the army is from what i see on tv and movies. damn. just for bein over there u guys should get a free pass on weight, porn, all kinds of shit. plus ive heard the foosd is unhealthy as can be . oh well man, would, coulda, shouldas get ya nowwhere. u have the right attitude. hang in there man
