SLEEP RECOVERY?

is your sleep recovery enough for you?

<em />

ok so this will be short and sweet because i know just like me everyone hates reading pointless shit.

i’m in iraq right now and at the same time training to be bigger and stronger than ever before.  granted we get time to sleep and work out but it’s sometimes not a sufficient amount.  6 hours of sleep is good for someone on a normal physical routine but what if you were murdering yourself day in and day out?  do you think six hours or less would be good enough to have you well rested and ready to go again?

so here are the effects i’m having…

after workouts i’m drained and ready for bed.  i fall right asleep only to wake up still tired.  alway a up hill battle is trying to keep my energy up for the next workout.  i am constantly refueling and eating everything in my path which also is a workout in itself.  i would think that a 4000 calerie a day diet would give me the energy i need but i feel like i’m missing something in the equation.

so here the breakdown…

sleeping as much as possible.

eating as much a i can.

keeping my diet clean.

intentense and challenging workouts.

good stretching to keep the soarness away.

so why the hell do i feel burnt out 24/7 all of a sudden???
