My Supplements and Diet (a typical day)
August 5, 2009An average day for me looks like this:
7am- Wake up and immediately drink a glass of water (if you use a fat burner, great time to take it)
8am- three egg whites, one whole egg, two slices whole grain bread (I use Double Protein whole grain by Arnold breads), one banana, and a multi-vitamin (I use Opti-Men by Optimum).
10am- drink an N.O. pre-workout shake (I use NRG-X Labs’ "Overdose", one and a half servings)
10:30am- workout
12pm- Get done workout and eat two pieces of white bread (I buy whatever’s on sale)
12:15pm- drink protein shake (roughly 40 grams of protein, I use O.N.’s "100% Whey Double Chocolate") and multi-vitamin
1pm- boneless & skinless chicken breast, a cup of broccali, a slice of whole grain bread, and an Omega-3 supplement
4pm- protein shake (roughly 30 grams) or almonds or protein bar (roughly 20 grams, I use Promax’s "Nutter Butter Crisp"), and multi-vitamin
6:30pm- Mahi Mahi or Tilapia (I buy the microwaveable kind for $1 at my grocery store), and no carbs
9:30pm- sustained release protein shake (roughly 25 grams, I use MHP’s Probolic-SR Cookies&Creme 12-hour release formula).
Also, I’m drinking A LOT of water throughout the day. It’s hard to find me w/out a bottle of water in my hands.
