New video for your viewing enjoyment
So, I don’t have any videos of me talking to the world about what I ate for breakfast or how big of a crap I took this morning. No videos of the kind of car I drive either. I also don’t have the nerve to videotape myself working out. I’m tempted to do it to get some videos up showing proper form (with free weights, not machines), but not yet… I would feel too stupid. Anywho, I DID have a video on my computer that I decided to put a little music to today. It’s not a video of me working out, so no bending over in front of a camera. It is a little entertaining though. Enjoy.

I lost one of my contacts today and I had to watch that whole video with one eye closed…but cool. Much better than a video of you describing your poop.

He was drunk. In the car, besides all of the beer cans, were two German Shepherd dogs.

I was just wondering, I know you aren;t advertising what you eat, etc. But can you tell me what you changed in your diet or supps to help you pack on 20# in 6 weeks? Or was it just the combo of eating and bulking, i.e.? Tanx!

in order from waking up:
1. weight gainer shake with milk
2. breakfast tacos
3. bag of beef jerky
4. lunch (fast food at work)
5. another bag of beef jerky or protein cookies
6. protein shake after wokout
7. whatever the wife cooked for dinner
8. snacks all night (peanuts, granola bars, cereal… whatever)
…. thanks dad for the metabolism
