So, I don’t have any videos of me talking to the world about what I ate for breakfast or how big of a crap I took this morning. No videos of the kind of car I drive either. I also don’t have the nerve to videotape myself working out. I’m tempted to do it to get some videos up showing proper form (with free weights, not machines), but not yet… I would feel too stupid. Anywho, I DID have a video on my computer that I decided to put a little music to today. It’s not a video of me working out, so no bending over in front of a camera. It is a little entertaining though. Enjoy.

I think that the guys in my Hunkercize video should be the new Top 6. Who can argue that? Let the hate mail begin….

So, am I the only one that thinks that the new "Inspirational Top 6" is complete b.s.? Apparently, the Top 6 most visited wasn’t good enough to stroke egos. Don’t get me wrong… there are people in the Top 6 female and male sides that have incredible bodies and have made fantastic progress. However, I just find the bean-counting to be a little pathetic. There are plenty of people that inspire me, but they don’t have bodyspace profiles.
With that said, how about that #1 male profile? First of all I think the whole thing is hilarious. But what I find more entertaining is the fact that all of the people adding him as being inspiring are doing it as a sarcastic protest to the "Inspirational Top 6" circus…. yet there seems to be a 50/50 split to those who get the joke and those who feel sorry for him. There are those that go to his page and wonder why the hell so many people have added him as inspirational, and they leave hateful comments. There are those who in return leave compassionate comments in response to the hateful ones to try to balance out his ego. And then there are my favorites… the sarcastic ones making him out to look like the best thing to bodybuilding since weight.
What I find utterly pathetic is one member’s comment stating that "this is bull s!!!"… apparently he doesn’t get the joke and should just go back to having people take pictures of him flexing while he reads a magazine (very natural). I’m sure stealth_swimmer’s being #1 is bad for business, but come on. Enjoy the spectacle!
Well, I’m just going to sit back and continue to enjoy the circus that bodyspace is becoming. I’m still waiting for the "Top 6 Most Obnoxious".

tomorrow I leave for 17 days of training for the Marines (mountain survival which sounds like I’ll be losing 10 pounds) and then 5 days in Puerto Rico to relax after the Marine B.S….. that means 3 weeks of no gym
I’ll weigh myself before and after and see how much weight I lose… Hopefully I can keep it in the single digits. So, anyways, I’ll be back in 3 weeks. I hope you can all survive my absence. Focker out.

So, I have always believed that if you can’t set the weight down gently, then you have no business lifting it to begin with. Is this fair? Before you get your feelings hurt, grab your monostat and give me a second… Okay, some of the more common exercises where weights are slammed: dumbell presses (usually flat and incline bench) and dead lift. Alright, as far as dumbell presses. Try this: instead of doing your last rep and then dropping the weights carelessly to the floor (where the bounce and/or roll), nearly ripping your shoulders out of socket in the process, try lowering the weights to your chest and sitting up like a human (rather than throwing the weights like a monkey slinging poo). On the deadlifts… most of you fools are throwing too much weight on there anyways trying to impress somebody. Rather than putting 50 pounds too much on the bar, shaking violently like a monkey f-ing a football on your way up, and then dropping the weight from your waste to the ground… try doing the full rep and lower the weight back to the floor in a controlled manner. Are negatives not important to have in your muscle building arsenol?
If you are doing it for the attention….. you’re getting it. I’m not shaking my head because I think I’ll never be able to lift that much. I’m shaking my head because I’m disappointed you didn’t slam it on your nuts.
Grunters… I’ve got something for you too…. next time

So, I did cardio to day for the third time this month (which equals the third time ever)… I never do cardio because I have to hang onto every calorie I can. Oh, and by the way, when I say cardio, I mean I walked on a treadmill with the incline all the way up at a 3.5 speed for .25 miles…. Not that much, but enough to get my heart rate up. Anyone think cardio for me is a bad idea since I’m trying to bulk and have a hard time gaining weight?
Oh, and for whoever cares and has been paying attention. I feel 100% again… much more energy. Now that I feel great again, I have to leave on Friday for 3 weeks of no weight training. Thank you Marine Corps. I’m afraid to see how much weight I will lose over those three weeks.

So, I have the world’s worst allergies… and I live in Austin, TX which is the allergy capitol of the world. I am getting my butt whooped. I’ve felt absolutely run down the past few days… Pressure and light-headed during workouts… nausea after workouts… body aches…. this shiznit sucks. I need some antibiotics or something so I quit hacking up all this green stuff too. I know everybody cares so that is what is going on with me today. Focker out.

So, how does one come into being sponsored? Do I need to post pictures of myself wiping my ass or brushing my teeth (all while flexing)? And another topic, I found this site and was immediately drawn to the idea of peers motivating peers. Then I started asking people for advise… the responses I got were "pimp my name and I’ll tell you what I do for abs (or whatever else)". I think that is a great idea…. so, for everyone that I have chatted to in the past, I’m going to need to ask you to plaster my name all over your bodyspace and tell everyone that I am God’s gift to fitness. Those other people that kindly give out their advise while expecting nothing in return: y’all are suckers! How can you be so selfless?

So I made some protein cookies last night, and they actually turned out pretty good… even though I didn’t hear the timer go off. They got burned a little but it’s all good. Should be about 10grams of protein per cookie. They’ll be good for me to bring to work for snacking on in my patrol car. I’ve put on 8 pounds in the past couple of weeks and need some good snacks ideas for munching on at work. Any ideas?

Well, when I opened my account on here, I figured it would be best to cut my face out of the pics to avoid any dissension caused between me and other members that I have arrested……. Then I realized: who gives a sh!t.. The odds are slim that any of those a-holes are on here anyways, and if they are (you are), send me a friend request. Maybe we can work out together and catch up on what’s been going on in your life since I saw you last.
