Great article! I have written some articles on fish oil on my own site at http://www.myherbalsupplement.com – I’d love it if you checked it out.

As your muscle mass increases so does its need for nutrients and waste product removal. Your vascular system adapts by creating more blood vessels to handle the supply and demand of your muscles. This is one of the reasons people who are fit burn more calories more efficiently than fat people.
Due to the increased metabolic activity of muscle, ensure you hydrate appropriately. This will make it easier for your body to get rid of wastes.
To get more vascularity, continue exercising and making gains. Have fun at the gym :)

I did that type of workout in HS. It worked great for me. I got ripped during my first season of football. I ended up adding heavy weights (for me at the time) to they workouts. My diet plan was basically HS teen boys diet. So I don't know how much more cut I could have gotten. But I was happy with my body and this is what I'm trying to get back to right now. You can do that workout with out having to by the DVD's.

I haven't actually tried it, but I've heard amazing reviews. Judging from what I've actually seen, its probably the best workout at home series on the market. If you have the money, I say go for it.

Absolutely P90X is worth the effort. I've been lifting weights seriously for a couple years now, and I'm feeling the burn bigtime with this workout (just finished week 3). Not only are the workouts great, but I'll be able to take some of the principles from the workouts and apply them to the rest of my training. One example is the focus on your heart rate with a monitor during every workout. Knowing where my target zone is and the intensity I have to maintain to stay in that zone has been eye opening. Perhaps I should have known that before, but its significant nonetheless on so many different levels for me. There are a ton of people out there with pirated copies of the program...hunt around and save yourself some cash.

Good stuff! My friend was on it and lost 15lbs and got down to 12% BF by really sticking to the program. I have a copy of it have tried it but never really liked working out at home so I don't really use it.
