To all supplement experts!!!!
So, I know that I’m supposed to be eating five meals a day. I mean who seriously has the time to do that but I want to give it a try. Ever since I started eating healthy (otherwise known as depriving myself from the heavenly tastes put on this earth such as chocolate, pizza, etc.) I have been eating much less since my appetite has gone down. Now, the problem is that I have learned how important protein is in being healthy and in losing weight (i.e. just another damn thing I have to change about my lifestyle, what else people). Anyways, I do love eating healthy, but my lack of protein does concern me. I work full time and I’m a grad student, I simply don’t have much time to be cooking myself some chicken or pretty much anything. Now, most supplements that I’ve seen here with good amounts of protein say that it’s not for weight loss.
Are there any that can help in the protein department, help in my weight loss goals, and help me in developing my muscles without bulking? Preferably, things that I can make into shakes so they can be meal replacements for those pesky 5 meals you healthy people are always going on about.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Man, I miss chocolate.

Actually, not only will protien help you keep muscle mass, but it will help you lose weight too. If you replace at least 2 meals a day with protien shakes it will keep your metabolisim high, and therefore you will lose weight. For instance you could have a shake for breakfast and one in the late evening. Plus your regular lunch, dinner and evening meal and then you will have 5 meals a day. And since you miss chocolate, have a chocolate protien shake!!

I agree with nomadek. I did the whole 5 meals a day thing for about a week and it was hard to find the time to actually make a lil snack. So i bought whey protein and i have two shakes a day. It does taste like chocolate milk and also try muscle milk. they have TONS of flavors including brownie and cake batter which is the best! oh and GO BORIQUA!!! lol

Unfortunately you need to plan ahead (this was tough for me) If you make all your chicken let’s say on sunday (crockpot), you can make your portioned meals and put them in your fridge for the week. Get yourself a small cooler to put what you need to have for the day and take it with. A great lunch or "meal" is turkey with hummus and spinach wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla, apple with peanut butter, almonds and raisins or of course protein shakes or bars.
Good luck with your goals. There is a lot to learn. Just when you think you have a handle of it, you learn something new.
