50 Pullups
Every time I workout my back I try to get to 50 reps of pull ups, not 50 straight but 50 in total. The first 30 are fairly easy but those last 20 and killer, I finally was able to get 5 sets of 10 last night. It’s amazing how a simple movement is very effective in developing your back, when I’m done with the pull ups I do bent over rows and my lats are about done.

Nice going! I think pullups are killer. Very hard. Great back workout.

I never included pullups in my workut till last winter…I don’t think I will ever remove them from my back work now. 5 sets of 5 is super.
