Interesting Observation
Thursday, September 11th, 2008I’ve been off of the supplements for 4 months now, I took over a month off to recover from an injury. When I got back into the gym I didn’t take any supplements and of course after a lay off I was struggling a bit. I fought through it and got back to where I was before I got hurt and did it with no supplements. Two weeks ago I bought some NO-Xplode just to get some extra energy for my workout, took it once and my stomach went haywire. Not sure if its a bad batch or my body is rejecting it, I haven’t tried it again though. So I am wondering how much did the supplements help if they did help at all?
