The Legs Odyssey
Thursday, March 13th, 2008Ever since I started working out I have been on a mission to get my legs bigger. As a former runner I had really strong legs, but that was over 10 years ago. It seems like no matter what I do they just won’t grow. I can’t do regular squats because of my back but I still get a good workout from hack squats and leg presses. My calves seem to be on strike, its like they are hiding behind my shins and not wanting to show themselves. I had a good leg workout today and expect to feel some good soreness tomorrow morning.
