Day 3 Back
Thursday, October 25th, 2007Wow this soreness is way more than what I anticipated! I worked out my back today and I’m starting to feel that burn from before I got hurt so that is a good sign. I’m looking forward to get more consistent, hard to stay motivated and disciplined with no partner to push you along. Later today I will be working my shoulders and triceps and tomorrow will be a cardio and abs day.
T-Bar Rows: 3×10
D-Bell Rows: 3×10
Seated Rows: 3×10
Didn’t get to do any pulldowns since I was on a time constraint and there was a line for that machine.
