Day 3 Back

Thursday, October 25th, 2007

Wow this soreness is way more than what I anticipated!  I worked out my back today and I’m starting to feel that burn from before I got hurt so that is a good sign.  I’m looking forward to get more consistent, hard to stay motivated and disciplined with no partner to push you along.  Later today I will be working my shoulders and triceps and tomorrow will be a cardio and abs day.

T-Bar Rows: 3×10
D-Bell Rows: 3×10
Seated Rows: 3×10

Didn’t get to do any pulldowns since I was on a time constraint and there was a line for that machine.

Comeback Day 2

Wednesday, October 24th, 2007

Did quads last night and I’m barely moving today, I knew this would happen after doing nothing for a month.  I cut out squats at the advice of my chiropractor, I was just aiming to get 3 sets of 10 with each exercise so I can jumpstart the muscles again.  The workout went well and I made sure to stretch after each set, today I will be working my back and hamstrings.

Comeback #2

Tuesday, October 23rd, 2007

Ok the last time I took off was because of the muscle tightness I had in my back, now this time was just pure laziness, shame on me!  Went back yesterday and paid the piper for my laziness, dropped 10 pounds in body weight and training weight was nowhere near where I was before.  Did chest and biceps and feeling very sore today, planning on doing legs today, so I’m expecting to not be able to walk tomorrow lol.
