Day 2 of the comeback
Thursday, September 27th, 2007Did back today, was a little tentative since it was my back muscles that tensed up and caused me to have to take time off. Outside of the muscle fatigue from not using them for two weeks it was a good workout and I made sure that I stretched between each set. Pull ups, t-bar rows, seated rows and hammer strength pulldowns, didn’t want to kill it and got a good burn. I am just happy to be back there and getting a good workout without jacking myself up.
