Tough Day

Today I tried a new shoulder routine that put me right in my place.  It’s tough working out without a spotter, I tend not to push as hard.  But nonetheless I got a good workout, each exercise really burned and I am sure tomorrow and Saturday I will be feeling lots of soreness.

On a side note, why are people so lazy as to not clean off the bar when they finish an exercise?  Each week I see the same guy load up the bench with about 245 lift it and then just walks away?  WTF?!

Biceps and Triceps with a splish splash of abs

Yesterday was a very intense workout, this is my second week trying this routine and I am still feeling the burn this morning.  I rarely ever start with concentration curls but it give you a good burn to each arm before hitting the heavier exercises.
Day 3: Biceps, Triceps
Concentration Curls    4×6-8   30,35
Barbell Curls    4×6-8   85,95
Cambered-bar Preacher curls    4×6-8  80,90
Seated alternate d-bell curls    4×6-8 30,35  s-set w/close grip chin ups
Close-Grip Bench Press  4×6-8    135,145,155

Two Arm D-Bell Extension 4×6-8 85,90

Lying French Press 3×6-8 80,90

Pressdowns 3×6-8 120
Kickbacks 2×15 20
