<p>I was tired after my workout but it was a good tired lol. Eats have been 100% clean. It&#8217;s just hard to get all the meals in due to my Job. For those that don&#8217;t know I work on an ambulance for the FDNY &amp; trust me we&#8217;re always on a job so we eat when we can. We don&#8217;t get lunch breaks. I carry my food with me everyday to make it easier to eat but sometimes you just don&#8217;t get the chance. Anyway I hope everyone is doing well with their workouts. Take Care &amp; God Bless.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I joined the New York Sports Club Gym today, I&#8217;m so excited. Had my first workout in the gym today. I did 45min. on the treadmill Going up in incline every 2min. My eats have been 95% clean today had some garlic bread with dinner (I know bad me, but it tasted so good lol. Didn&#8217;t do any weight training today will work upper body tomorrow. I&#8217;m going to rock this contest!! I&#8217;m so motivated &amp; focused except for my little slip eating the garlic bread. I will post my workout tomorrow. I continue to eat clean &amp; do cardio &amp; weights @ home. Tomorrow I will be Joining The New York Sports Club Gym with 2 friends so I can take my training to the next level. I&#8217;m so ready to challenge myself. I want to thank all who have sent me encouraging comments on my page they are so welcomed &amp; appreciated. I&#8217;m trying not to let it get me down or discourage me from my goals but it is hard. I joined BB.com for support &amp; encouragement &amp; I can honestly say everyone on here is great. I don&#8217;t get any support from family because they don&#8217;t feel I need to lose weight &amp; think my eating clean is crazy, I&#8217;m always told &quot;you only have one life might as well eat whatever you want&quot; I reply I want to eat clean, which they tell me you&#8217;re crazy. My sons are my rocks they think I look great but they support my choice to be in the best shape of my life. I just want to say thank you to all who have reached out &amp; given me the words of encouragement I need because we all need them from time to time. To Everyone on BB.Com I say stay positive, eat clean, lift Heavy &amp; never ever let anyone discourage you. God Bless &amp; Take Care
