1st Workout @ Gym
Today was my first day @ the gym & It felt great!! I did 45 min elliptical increasing the intensity. I also did back & chest
Chest press 50lbsx15, 55lbsx15, 60lbsx15
Pec Flye 50lbsx15, 55lbsx15, 60lbsx15
Seated row 50lbsx15, 55lbsx15, 60lbsx15
Dumbbell Rows 25lbsx15, 30lbsx15, 35lbsx15
I know wimpy but it felt great to me, I felt like Superwoman lol. I can’t wait to go back tomorrow.

I slipped and had a slice of garlic cheese bread and Perdu Chicken Nuggets-You aren’t alone

I ate garlic bread yesterday so it’s ok if you did today lol, We’re both going to have awesome bodies when we’re done.

Those dumbbell rows aren’t wimpy at all! Great job! Actually all of it is great!
