1st Workout @ Gym

Today was my first day @ the gym & It felt great!! I did 45 min elliptical increasing the intensity. I also did back & chest

Chest press 50lbsx15, 55lbsx15, 60lbsx15

Pec Flye 50lbsx15, 55lbsx15, 60lbsx15

Seated row 50lbsx15, 55lbsx15, 60lbsx15

Dumbbell Rows 25lbsx15, 30lbsx15, 35lbsx15

I know wimpy but it felt great to me, I felt like Superwoman lol. I can’t wait to go back tomorrow.

    I slipped and had a slice of garlic cheese bread and Perdu Chicken Nuggets-You aren’t alone :-) BUT We both went to the gym today!! Looking forward to seeing your progress!
