Very Sad Day

Today my family & I had to take my 22yr. old cousin off life support. It’s a very sad day for us. I won’t be working out this week, I’m currently in Tampa Florida. I just would like to ask my Bodyspace friends to say a prayer for my family because it truly is a hard day for us. Go home hug your family because you never know when it will be your last day with them. Take Care & God Bless!!

Another workout done & I feel fantastic!! 45min Cardio.

Shoulder Press 30lbs.x15, 35lbs.x15, 40lbs. x15, 45lbs. x15

Lateral Raise 20lbs. x12, 25lbs. x12, 30lbs.x12, 35lbs. x8

Bicep Curls 20lbs. x12, 25lbs.x12, 30lbs.x12, 35lbs. x8

Concentration Curls 15lbs. x12, 20lbs.x12, 25lbs.x12, 30lbs.x8

Triceps Pressdown 30lbs. x12, 35lbs.x12, 40lbs.x12, 45lbs.x8

Triceps Dips on Bench 4 sets of 15

Abs Machine 60lbs.x25×3

I was tired after my workout but it was a good tired lol. Eats have been 100% clean. It’s just hard to get all the meals in due to my Job. For those that don’t know I work on an ambulance for the FDNY & trust me we’re always on a job so we eat when we can. We don’t get lunch breaks. I carry my food with me everyday to make it easier to eat but sometimes you just don’t get the chance. Anyway I hope everyone is doing well with their workouts. Take Care & God Bless.

Today was my first day @ the gym & It felt great!! I did 45 min elliptical increasing the intensity. I also did back & chest

Chest press 50lbsx15, 55lbsx15, 60lbsx15

Pec Flye 50lbsx15, 55lbsx15, 60lbsx15

Seated row 50lbsx15, 55lbsx15, 60lbsx15

Dumbbell Rows 25lbsx15, 30lbsx15, 35lbsx15

I know wimpy but it felt great to me, I felt like Superwoman lol. I can’t wait to go back tomorrow.

I joined a Gym!!!

I joined the New York Sports Club Gym today, I’m so excited. Had my first workout in the gym today. I did 45min. on the treadmill Going up in incline every 2min. My eats have been 95% clean today had some garlic bread with dinner (I know bad me, but it tasted so good lol. Didn’t do any weight training today will work upper body tomorrow. I’m going to rock this contest!! I’m so motivated & focused except for my little slip eating the garlic bread. I will post my workout tomorrow. I’m trying to get used to blogging everyday. Hope everyone is having an awesome new year so far. I know I don’t blog much, I guess I’m still a little intimidated by all the fit people on the site, I know I’m being silly. I’ll get used to blogging soon enough just bare with me. Good News I have lost another 3lbs. which makes my total weight loss so far 6lbs. Yay!! I continue to eat clean & do cardio & weights @ home. Tomorrow I will be Joining The New York Sports Club Gym with 2 friends so I can take my training to the next level. I’m so ready to challenge myself. I want to thank all who have sent me encouraging comments on my page they are so welcomed & appreciated. Let’s all continue to our quest to becoming the fittest we can be. Take Care & God Bless!!
