day before yesterday i had a great workout. after being unmotivated and posting here on my blog, other members were great enough to send me some pick-me-ups. THANK YOU! this was what i did

elliptical (no moving hands!)  total 20 min. Alternating…5 minutes of ramp@13 resistance@8 strides per minute @ 150; 5 minutes of ramp@13 and resistance@13 strides per minute @ 100 THIS FELT SO DAMN GOOD… 

Circuit and Supersets…

timer is set for 50 seconds. i alternate from chest to back then biceps to triceps with NO rest. after completing 3 sets of chest and back, i move on to tris and bis

DB press 20lbs. alternating with seated row 40lbs.

cable press down 30lbs. alternating with cable curl 40lbs.

Yesterday was an off day due to female issues but will be back in today!!!!!!!!!  ;)
