THIS SITE IS REALLY COOL…
i was feeling in the dumps yesterday. I think a lot of it comes from not working (seems weird i know). but after explaining this on my blog i got great responses and a lot of motivation from other members. i didn’t really think i would get many responses but i did. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. sometimes hearing it from strangers is the best!
i also came to the conclusion that i actually do better when i don’t spend an hour putting a program together and then telling myself that i must follow it. i’m just going to the gym and do i feel needs to be done. that’s whats always worked before so i will stick to that. it seems that simplicity is the way to go.

Good for you! I don’t usually have a detailed plan, but have a general idea (which bodypart) of what I will do. But I usually ad-lib during my w/o’s some. Maybe that’s how I stay so consistent. I change it up pretty much every week, at least a little.
Check my blog. I’ve been blogging Jan & Feb every day, and my w/o’s have been going great. Maybe it will get you thinking about what you want to do. Good luck!
