eat my fiber!
Well im 1 month and 28 days into my first true cut.. man it was so easy just putting on size and maintaining my bodyfat like I used to… I cant wait for that to happen again..
Only reason I decided to cut was because i had time off and i wanted to have a good base to work with. I have done pretty well so far.. started at ruffly 17-18% bodyfat(my opinion), hanging out right on the 9-10% range, while maintaining my bodyweight.. So pretty badass recomp..
Diet keeps getting stricter, im pretty low on carbs right now, 100g/50g/25g/0g repeat, so a 4 day rotation..
I am taking an ECA twice daily which im pretty much immune to any type of energy supplements as far as them actualy giving me energy..
Today is a zero carb day, tomorow i was going to have a cheat meal(first one in like 2 weeks) so I picked up a homeade pizza from a friends parents grocery store.. well i decided to go at least one more 4 day rotation before i get a cheat meal..
Most of my cheat meals the last 2 months have been steak and baked potato, not much of a cheat meal huh??
I had 2 real cheat meals, one was pziza, the other was everything i could binge on for an hour or so lol.. Felt like crap after them..
I really need to find some goals for after this cut, im torn between powerlifting and bodybuilding now… Before my long layoff i had won a bench contest in the 275lb weight class, it felt great, I had a good time, i had never powerlifted before the few weeks leading up to that.. id kind of like to train for that and keep my bodyweight lower.. ive been getting up in strength again, some of my lifts are comparable tow hen i was 280lbs+ and i am under 220lbs lol..
Hell i dont know.
