Posting workouts!!!
I do a lot of instinctive training in the gym, so I will try to post all weekly workouts the saturday before. My gym isnt the biggest, and sometimes the equipment I need is taken. I stay on a strict schedule using a stopwatch, so I do not wait around. I also throw in some super sets every now and again. I will post the general workout with what I will probably do, then each day try to update what I actually did. For those that are not used to intense workouts, the first week should be at about 85 to 95 percent. For others, lets hit the ground running. Kick Ass and take names. I believe that this workout puts more lean striated muscle than any other workout I have seen. Dont let other people rent space in your head, stay focused on the task at hand, and good will come of it. God Bless!!!
