JUST CHANGE IT UP..

Most of us are creatures of habit and BB is no exception. All of us have our favorite routines…ususally the ones we are most comfortable with. I have been working Bicep and Triceps together most of the year…and my arms had hit a plateau. So I decided to CHANGE IT UP I just started doing Tricep/Cest and Bicep/Back and the results are I have added 1/4" to my arms in 3 weeks…now in at 18.50".
When we hit a plateau…we need to attack from a different perspective…keep CHANGING IT UP. My Back and Chest have also increased in size…and will remeasure at the end of the month. Have you hit a Plateau????..JUST CHANGE IT UP..

I change it up pretty regularly. I change up what bodyparts I do on what days,the exercises, number of reps/sets, and sometimes the time of day.

That is great advice….many times people don’t know how to change it up! I just did and I’m starting to see changes…congrats on your changes!
